Nature is filled with the utmost perfection. From the spiral center of a sunflower, to the cracks in drying mud, to the intricate lacing in a dragonfly wing, there is beauty, symmetry, and wholeness in everything. So too are our bodies perfect, arranged by nature to carry us gracefully through life. As a physician, it is my sacred duty not to interrupt this beauty in motion, but to facilitate nature's own perfection by supplying the support and basic elements for growth and vitality.
